INTRODUCTION TO TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING

I give you the tools to create ease and flow, to live inspired and become an inspiration to others. My goal is to be that rock for you as life continues to throw hurdles at you in the months and years ahead. There are no long contracts. Coaching with me is month to month. I truly believe I need to bring value to every call to earn the right to continue coaching you. Initially, coaching may feel like an expense, but my goal is to help you build health, confidence and clarity so that by the 3rd month, coaching is paying for itself through the improvements in your life and your business.

Your introductory coaching program will include the following:

Initial In Depth Discovery Session (1 hour.)
Two Coaching Sessions (45 min.)

Ongoing support is available via email, phone or text.

Change is inevitable, but growth is intentional. The service that I provide is a combination of coaching and business consulting via phone or zoom, as designed jointly with you. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in your life or profession.

The services to be provided are coaching via phone or zoom, as designed jointly with the client. After the initial discovery session, regular coaching sessions will be held on a biweekly basis as arranged between the client and myself. Payment is due upon acceptance, via Stripe or Etransfer.

Fees are non-refundable, and 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling of a session.

Upon completion of the Introductory Coaching Program, further coaching is available upon request. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counselling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s relationships, health or career.
